This Privacy Policy explains how Inner Circle Trader - Koren Capital (“Koren Capital”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit koren-capital.com or join our beginner course waitlist.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, your email address, and your agreement to receive emails from us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. Our email provider records when you signed up and confirmed your subscription, and may record whether our emails are opened and whether links in them are clicked.

What we don’t collect

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself, not from third parties. We don’t collect payment information, and nothing is for sale on the site.

2. How we use your information

• To send you emails about the beginner course, such as updates on its development and when it becomes available.
• To reply to you if you contact us.
• To run, maintain, and secure the website.

We only send you emails because you asked us to. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

3. Legal basis (visitors in the EU and UK)

If data protection laws such as the GDPR apply to you, we rely on your consent to send you waitlist emails, and on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website. You can withdraw your consent at any time. This doesn’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

4. How we share your information

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and send our emails:

• Kit, which stores the waitlist and sends our emails (Kit’s privacy policy).
• Netlify, which hosts this website (Netlify’s privacy policy).

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If we start using other services, for example to sell courses, we’ll update this policy first.

5. Where your information is stored

We are based in the United States, and our service providers store and process information in the United States. If you join the waitlist from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe, our email provider may keep a minimal record of your email address so that we don’t email you again. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs for a limited time.

7. Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
• Access, correct, or delete your information by emailing us at the address below.

Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, the UK, or certain US states such as California), you may have further rights, such as getting a copy of your data, objecting to how we use it, or limiting its use. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We’ll respond to requests as soon as we can, and within the time the law requires. We won’t treat you differently for exercising your rights.

8. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we use reputable providers to store your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Children

This site and our courses are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our offering grows, for example when courses go on sale. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we’ll let waitlist subscribers know by email.
